Hot Natured - aka Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Luca C and Ali Love - have yet again proven themselves as fearsome force to be reckoned with, their consistency accentuated with this latest release - 'Benediction'.
If you've been lucky enough to sodden yourself with some Ibiza sun this summer then chances are you would have heard Benediction blaring from some braggarts boat or hen hussy pool party; if however - like me - you are a mere mortal then this may be the first time you've heard it.
Very much like 'Forward Motion' the track consist of slow piano melody that tightly hugs some soul soaked vocals, with this simple technique of synchronization its almost impossible to not start moving with the track; the lyrics "keep on ridin' on, and on... keep on ridin' on, and on..." literally have you riding on like a firggin one man conga, its frighteningly seductive.
Recently I've been trying to post more house tracks with a better affiliation with lyrics, my craving for a sing along during nights out has grown since a lot of house music has shy'd away from vocals; a trait I'm glad to say is slowly fading and in the case of 'Benediction', Hot Natured have got it bang on the money.
Like the Mac says "...this is an absolute anthem, something that's going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside..."
Benediction will be released on the 29th of October on Hot Creations Label.
